Sleep is not only recreation and relaxation. It helps us to process information and shows us a different view of our everyday life. In a digital age in which continous aivailibility seems always desirable, sleep appears to be a time-robber. We often compromise at the expense of sleep. Be it that people sleep less or take their everyday life worries into bed. In any case, the number of persons suffering from sleep disorders appears to be increasing. It is my concern to help these persons and to seek and find alternatives especially in the field of research.
